4.3 Prohibited Behaviors & Interactions: To protect the marketplace integrity, you must comply with the following interaction rules:
– No Malicious Linking: You may not use Yuniversal to link to external websites that host content violating these terms.
– Authentic Reviews: The review function must only be used for genuine product feedback. Fake, manipulated, or paid reviews are strictly forbidden.
– Off-Platform Interference: You must not interfere with transactions by contacting users to buy or sell listed items outside of Yuniversal, warning users away from specific platform participants, or attempting to collect off-platform payments.
– User Safety: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Exercise caution and never send sensitive personal data, such as bank card or financial account details, to other users through platform communications.
4.4 Monitoring & Reporting:
– Yuniversal reserves the right to periodically review, moderate, or completely remove any user content at our sole discretion, for any reason, without prior notice.
– If you encounter any unlawful material or behavior on our platform, please report it immediately by contacting our customer support team.
5. Orders and Payments
• Orders placed on the platform are subject to product availability and order confirmation.
• Prices and product details are displayed clearly and are subject to change.
• We accept various payment methods, including mobile money and card payments.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of the order unless an alternative option (such as pay-on-delivery) is explicitly stated during checkout.
6. Delivery and Fulfillment
We offer multiple delivery options, including last-mile delivery and dedicated pickup points. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, but may vary due to logistics factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

All content on the platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, UI design, product descriptions, and software—is the proprietary property of Yuniversal PLC (or its partners/licensors) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Yuniversal is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from:
• Delays or failures in order fulfillment due to external or uncontrollable logistical factors.
• User misuse of the marketplace platform.
• Issues, technical downtime, or errors caused by third-party integrations beyond our control.
Our maximum collective liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the user for the specific order in question.
10. Third-Party Services
• 10.1 Integrations: We integrate with and link to external services provided by third parties (e.g., payment gateways, delivery partners). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and Yuniversal is not responsible for their direct operations or actions.
• 10.2 Privity of Contract: A contract entered into under these terms and conditions is solely for our benefit and your benefit, and is not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party.

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
